Fun Facts

  1. Bill has been providing Ohio businesses IT Support since 1988. But it was a dark Friday night during a Summer thunderstorm at about 10 PM in the summer of 1991 with more than half of their furniture and belongings on a U Haul-it, and 8 months pregnant with their first child, that Bill formulated a new vision for how IT support should be provided to small and medium businesses. Bill was working for a company that was experiencing significant changes in their structure. At about 10 PM, the call came, the change was moving forward, the discussions had gone well. While his job was not in jeopardy, there would be some downtime while the changes were implemented. He knew then this was it make it work, or let it go.
  2. Bill worked as a civilian employee through his college years at an air force base. Although many of the projects were never fully revealed, some of the more experienced engineers had an opinion about what the projects were, ask Bill what they thought they might be working on.
  3. Prior to WCI Technology Solutions, Bill worked as the Financial Manager for a nationally recognized Indy race car team.
  4. In the 1990's Bill was recognized by an international accounting software developing firm as one of the top consultants in the U.S., providing support on implementation, training and trouble shooting.
  5. Bill holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Management, which allow him to understand both how the computer works at the basic conceptual level and among the components involved, how it interacts with hardware, software, and networking....and, how a business works.
  6. Bill sings tenor and plays clarinet in several community music groups and choirs, and has directed a youth Christian Rock band!
